One of my favorite soothing sounds of the early evening is the distinct tones of the larger geckos often living in the roof eaves. I spotted this warbler, sitting on my deck in the early morning. Quite rare to see them out and about in the day, and especially this close up.
I have added a second close up of the same shot so you too can marvel, as I did, at the incredible patterns in the eye, not to mention my old iPhone’s amazing macro skills!
